• Reservations are confirmed with a deposit. The deposit is paid by a credit card or a bank transfer.
• The deposit is equal to one night’s rate when booking a minimum stay (2-3 nights).
• In any other case the deposit is equal to 40% of the reservation.
• The balance payment is paid upon arrival by a credit card or in cash.
• Rates are in euro. Rates may change without a further notice, unless the reservation is confirmed with a deposit.
• Rates include fresh linen and towels upon arrival, bathroom amenities and wi-fi internet.
• Rates include 13% VAT and 0,5% city tax.
• Newly applied Property Service Charge (0,5 EUR per night per apartment) is not included in the rate and is paid upon arrival in cash.
Please note:
• Additional guest is charged 15 EUR/day (after 4 guests).
• Children of all ages are welcome, optimum age is 6 y.o. or older.
• Baby cot is provided free of charge.
• Only the reserving guest receives the keys.
• Pets are not allowed at the property.
• Smoking is not allowed at the property.
Cancellation Policy
• If the reservation is cancelled 30 (or more) days before arrival, the deposit is fully refunded.
• If the reservation is cancelled in less than 30 days before arrival, the owner will keep the deposit payment as a cancellation fee.
• In case of no-show or early departure, the guest is charged 100% of the reservation.
